Recent Work

Real jobs, close to you.

Every town page names the nearest job we have photographed. Most of Delaware County and the Main Line is within a few miles of one of these two.

Delaware County and the Main Line sit side by side, and their houses are not the same. Knowing the difference is most of what makes a clean job safe.

Delaware County

Eastern Delco is stone twins, rows and porches, much of it built in the 1920s along the old trolley and rail lines through Havertown, Drexel Hill and Lansdowne. Further out, post-war Springfield, Broomall and Aston bring wide concrete driveways, stone fronts and vinyl. Media, Swarthmore and Ridley Park carry Victorian wood, and Newtown Square and Glen Mills the newest stucco and fiber-cement. The surfaces change every few miles, and so does the method.

The Main Line

From Bala Cynwyd and Ardmore out through Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Villanova and Wayne, the houses get older and larger: Wissahickon schist, stucco Tudors, painted shingle and slate, with long gutter runs, stone terraces and big trees over all of it. That combination means more shade, more organic growth, and more expensive materials, so the work is slower, gentler and tested before it starts.

How we schedule the area

We are based in Lansdowne, which puts most of Delco and the Main Line a short drive away, and we work Monday through Saturday. The farther towns on this page are still inside our area. Booking several surfaces on one visit keeps any trip worthwhile, wherever you are.

Service area questions.

What areas does Regent Wash serve?
Delaware County and the Main Line. The 18 towns above each have their own page, and we also quote in more than thirty surrounding communities, listed above.
Do you come to my town if it is not listed?
Probably. Send the quote form with your address and we will confirm straight away. If we cannot reach you, we will say so rather than stretch.
Where is Regent Wash based?
Lansdowne, in Delaware County, which puts most of Delco and the Main Line a short drive away.
How soon can you come out?
Quotes go out within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. The first open date depends on the season. Spring fills up fastest, so it is worth booking early.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured on every job, in every town we serve.
Do you work in Montgomery County?
On the Main Line, yes. Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Villanova and Wayne all reach into Montgomery County, and we serve them. For anywhere else, ask and we will tell you straight away.
What does 'nearest completed job' mean on the town pages?
It is the closest job we have photographed, measured in a straight line between town centers, so you can see our work on houses like yours before you call.
Why do your town pages talk so much about houses?
Because the housing decides the method. A 1920s stone twin, a Victorian with painted trim and a new colonial with synthetic stucco all need different handling, and each town page covers what is most common there.
