Pressure Washing in Lansdowne, PA
Power washing and soft washing for Lansdowne’s Victorian twins and singles with wooden porches, plus 1920s stone.

Lansdowne is home. Regent Wash is based in the borough, which means the shortest drive, the most flexible scheduling and a reputation that would follow us down Lansdowne Avenue if the work were not right.
Wooden porches are the borough's signature and its weak point
The turned posts, tongue-and-groove decks and spindle railings on a Lansdowne Victorian are the best thing about the house and the easiest thing to ruin. Pressure raises the grain on a porch deck and furs the spindles, and the repair is a sand and repaint. These get a wood-safe wash and hand work, never a wand held close.
Being local is a scheduling advantage, not a slogan
Based in the borough means we can fit a Lansdowne job into a gap, come back the same week if the weather turns, and take a look at something in person before quoting rather than asking for photographs.
Victorian wood and early stone
Lansdowne mixes large Victorian singles and twins with the stone homes of the early 1900s. The Victorians carry painted wood and porches that need a gentle hand, and the stone homes carry mortar that needs testing before any pressure touches it. Being based here, we live among both.
Darby Creek and the damp streets
Darby Creek forms the borough's southwestern and southern borders, and homes on the lower, shaded streets stay damp longer than those up the hill. Their north walls and walks grow algae faster, and they usually set the washing schedule for the house.
Twins and shared front walks
Lansdowne has plenty of Victorian and early 1900s twins, and a twin shares more than a wall: a front walk line, a porch roof and often a driveway. When only one side is booked, we stop cleanly at the property line. Neighbors often book together so the whole building matches, and our referral program gives you both $50 when they do.
A short drive for us
Because we are based in Lansdowne, a job here has almost no travel built into it. That makes it easier for us to fit in a small job, like the front steps and walk, or a porch floor before a family gathering, that would be harder to schedule farther away.
Recent work, right here in Lansdowne
In September 2026 we took thick algae off a patio, a front walkway, the public sidewalk and a brick retaining wall on a twin in the borough. The homeowner reviewed it on Google, and all three before and afters below were shot from the same spot, so you can drag them.
See That JobBefore and after, in Lansdowne itself.
Every photograph here was taken on a job we did in this town. The camera held its position for all three, so you can drag each one and watch the same brick and the same concrete change.
I called Juelz and Regent wash out to pressure wash my patio, walkway, retainer wall, and sidewalk that were all covered in thick algae.
Juelz came out very promptly quoted the job, and finished the work very meticulously. He made sure to hit every spot twice to ensure we were happy with the results. Now, When I walk out of the house I see cleanliness instead of green everywhere.
Here are some phenomenal before and after photos.
Thank you Regent wash, I highly recommend their pressure washing services!
Lansdowne, PA
Lansdowne, in brief.
Lansdowne is a borough about six miles southwest of Center City, named for the Marquess of Lansdowne. It grew quickly in the early 1900s after a railroad stop opened near Lansdowne Avenue and Baltimore Pike, and before that it was a vacation spot, where Philadelphians came by rail and horse to stay in its Victorian homes.
Four borough landmarks are on the National Register of Historic Places: the Lansdowne Theatre, the Twentieth Century Club, and the Henry Albertson Subdivision and Lansdowne Park historic districts. The Albertson subdivision was built between 1890 and 1940. In the 1800s a community of Scottish weavers worked along Darby Creek on Scottdale Road, and some of their houses still stand. The borough is also home to a sycamore about 350 years old, one of the largest in the state.
Lansdowne is where Regent Wash is based, and the Saturday farmers market, the arts festival and a long list of music and theater groups keep it busy through the year.
Lansdowne is surrounded mostly by Upper Darby Township, with Drexel Hill to the northwest, Yeadon to the southeast, Clifton Heights to the southwest and East Lansdowne just to the east. Baltimore Avenue and Lansdowne Avenue meet near the center of town, and the Lansdowne and Gladstone stations sit on the Media/Wawa Line.
