How is commission calculated?
As a percentage of the job value, excluding sales tax, on jobs that are completed and fully paid. Your rate for the month is set by how many completed jobs you sent in that calendar month.
When does my rate go up?
Tiers are assessed on completed jobs within the calendar month: 10% for one to four, 12.5% for five to nine, and 15% at ten or more. Hit the next band and the higher rate applies.
What is excluded?
Sales tax, refunds, chargebacks and unusually discounted work. Refunds and chargebacks also reverse any commission already paid on that job.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Pass on the address and the contact, and we quote it. You are not expected to price work, explain methods or manage the customer.
Can I join if I am a contractor, not an agent?
Yes. Painters, roofers, deck builders, landscapers and masons are some of the most natural partners, because exterior cleaning is either the prep before your work or the clean-up after it.
