Refer a neighbor.
You both get $50.
No card to carry, no code to remember, and no cap on how many you can earn. They book, the job gets done, and fifty dollars goes each way.
Three steps, and one of them is not yours.
Tell us who to thank
Give your neighbor our number, or send us their name through the form below. Either direction works, and whoever gets in touch first just needs to say your name.
They book and we complete the job
The reward is tied to completed work, not to a quote. Once their service is finished and paid, the referral counts.
You both get $50
Fifty dollars to you and fifty off for them. Sent out after their job is complete, and there is no limit on how many you can earn.
Three neighbors, and $200 comes off your next job.
Refer three people who book and have their work completed, and you get $200 off your next service, whichever one you book. That is on top of the $50 you already earned for each of them, not instead of it.
- $50 each for the first three, as normal
- Then $200 off your next service
- And the counter keeps going after that

I called Regent Wash out to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalk, walkway, oxidized siding and gutters in my older Drexel Hill home. Juelz came out very promptly, gave me a price and stuck to it. He did a phenomenal job cleaning my homes exterior and stood and until everything was done and done properly. My oxidized siding came very close to the original color, gutters were made pretty much brand new, and my sidewalk, walkway, and driveway was sparkling clean.
Juelz was very meticulous and diligent in his work to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the result. During the job, Juelz would power wash areas, see they weren’t perfect and would do them all over again even when they already looked perfect to me.
The price for the service they provide is absolutely unmatched.
Neighbors have been giving me compliments on how “bright” my house looks after his pressure washing service. If you’re looking to get your house washed or anything around your house power washed, I highly recommend giving them a call!
Thanks Regent Wash!
Drexel Hill, PA
Neighbors notice.
A freshly cleaned house stands out on a block, and people ask who did it. After our September job in Drexel Hill, the homeowner wrote that the neighbors had been complimenting how bright the house looked. A clean house is the best advertisement on any block.
That conversation is how most good local work spreads anyway. The referral program simply makes sure both of you are thanked for it: fifty dollars to the person who passed our name along, and fifty dollars off for the neighbor who booked.
You do not need to sell anything. You only need to know someone whose house could use it, and most people do.
Who to think of
The neighbor whose north wall has gone green. The other half of your twin, so the whole building matches. The friend who is about to list a house, or host a graduation, or finally paint. A relative across Delaware County or on the Main Line who keeps meaning to get the driveway done. If they own the home and it is in our area, they count. Anyone who has admired your house since it was cleaned is a good place to start.
What your neighbor gets
Fifty dollars off their first job, a free quote within 24 hours, and the same work you had done: the right method for every surface, the edges done properly, and an honest answer before they book about anything that will not come out.
How it adds up
Refer one neighbor who books and has the work completed, and you each get $50. Refer three, and you have earned $150, plus $200 off your next service. Every referral after that still earns you $50, with no limit on how many.
How to make sure it counts
The simplest way is the form on this page, which gives us your details and theirs at once. If your neighbor calls us first, they just need to mention your name. The reward is sent once their job is finished and paid.
Send it either way round.
Give your neighbor our number and tell them to mention your name, or send us their details here and we will reach out. Whichever is easier.
Refer a neighbor
Your details, then theirs. We take it from there and you both get $50.
The small print, in plain words.
How do I refer someone?
Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make?
When do I get paid?
What counts toward the $200 off?
Does my neighbor get anything?
Does my neighbor have to live in a certain area?
Can my neighbor's home be done on the same visit as mine?
Can I refer more than one neighbor at a time?
Can I refer family or friends, not just neighbors?
Know someone whose siding could use it?
Tell us what you would like cleaned and we will send a free, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
