Privacy Policy
Effective July 9, 2026. Regent Wash LLC, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
## 1. Introduction
Regent Wash LLC ("Regent Wash," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit regentwash.com and any related pages (the "Site"), request a quote, communicate with us, or use our exterior cleaning services (the "Services").
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.
## 2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
### Information you provide
- Contact and quote details, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, the services you are interested in, and any details you include in a form, message, call, or text.
- Communication content, such as messages you send us by phone, text, email, or social media.
- Reviews, photos, and feedback you choose to share with us or post publicly.
### Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics identifiers placed by us and by our partners. See "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below.
### Information from third parties
- Advertising and analytics providers, such as Google and Meta, that help us measure and deliver ads.
- Our customer relationship and form tools, such as GoHighLevel, which help us receive and manage quote requests.
- Publicly available sources and referrals, where permitted by law.
## 3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your quote requests and questions, and prepare estimates.
- Contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your request, scheduling, service updates, and related offers.
- Schedule, perform, and manage the Services, including billing and customer support.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services.
- Advertise and market our Services, including remarketing and measuring the performance of our ads.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and other agreements.
## 4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Phone Calls
When you check the consent box on our forms or otherwise provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you give your prior express written consent for Regent Wash to contact you by phone call and text message (SMS), including through automated technology, regarding your quote request, scheduling, service updates, and related offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages that are needed to complete a job you have requested.
No mobile information will be sold, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
## 5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. These technologies fall into general categories:
- Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function.
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising cookies that help us and our partners show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies using the tools described in the next section. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
## 6. Advertising, Remarketing, and Analytics
We advertise our Services online and use analytics to understand and improve performance.
- Google: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including remarketing and advertising features. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on sites across the internet and use cookies and device identifiers based on your prior visits to the Site. You can control ad personalization and opt out through Google Ads Settings at [adssettings.google.com](https://adssettings.google.com), My Ad Center at [myadcenter.google.com](https://myadcenter.google.com), and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on at [tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Meta: We use the Meta Pixel and related tools from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) to deliver and measure ads and to build custom and similar audiences. You can adjust your ad preferences at [facebook.com/adpreferences](https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences).
- Industry opt-outs: You can opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance at [optout.aboutads.info](https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative at [optout.networkadvertising.org](https://optout.networkadvertising.org).
Sharing information with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws. See "Your Privacy Rights" and "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" below.
## 7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following ways:
- Service providers and vendors that perform work on our behalf, such as website hosting, form and CRM tools (for example, GoHighLevel), scheduling, communications and email or SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, as described above.
- Professional advisors, such as our accountants, lawyers, and insurers, where appropriate.
- Legal and safety purposes, such as to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Regent Wash, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
## 8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and services that we do not own or control, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram. We provide these links for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
## 9. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
## 10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or 610-215-2105. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
### California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to and deletion of your information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above or see "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" below.
### Other states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor applicable rights and requests as required by the law that applies to you.
## 12. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws, you may opt out. To opt out, contact us at [email protected], use the advertising opt-out tools listed in the "Advertising, Remarketing, and Analytics" section, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we will honor where required by law.
## 13. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
## 14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control.
## 15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of the Policy and post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
