Pressure Washing Services

Every service, seamlessly combined.

Bundle any of the below into one visit and your entire property comes together, clean and consistent.

The Right Method

Soft wash or pressure wash? We know the difference.

Using too much pressure on the wrong surface is how homes get damaged. That is why we lead with soft washing for anything delicate, and reserve high pressure for the surfaces built to take it.

  • Soft Wash for siding, stucco, painted wood, and fences. Low pressure, deep clean.
  • Pressure Wash for concrete driveways, sidewalks, brick, and stone. Powerful and precise.
  • Eco-Conscious Solutions that treat the source of algae and mildew, so results last.

Not sure which service you need? Start with what you are looking at. Each of the six covers a different set of surfaces, and most homes need two or three of them. If you are only sure about one thing, like the gutters or the driveway, that is a fine place to start.

House Soft Washing

Choose it when the walls are the problem: green or gray film on the siding, black mildew speckles, a dull band along the bottom, or stucco and painted trim that look tired. It covers vinyl, aluminum, fiber-cement, stucco, brick, stone and painted wood.

Pressure Washing

Choose it for hard surfaces other than the driveway: brick and stone walls, block foundations, steps, stoops and covered porch floors. It is also where to start if you are not sure what a hard surface needs.

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

Choose it for flat concrete: the driveway, the public sidewalk, front and side walkways, steps, curbs and the splash blocks under the downspouts. Stamped and decorative concrete are included, at lower pressure.

Paver & Patio Cleaning

Choose it for the places you sit outside: paver, flagstone, bluestone and concrete patios, pool decks and their surrounds, and the steps and low walls around them.

Deck & Fence Cleaning

Choose it for wood and composite decks, railings and stairs, and for vinyl, wood and aluminum fences. It is also where staining and sealing live, for wood that needs its color and protection back.

Gutter Brightening & Oxidation Removal

Choose it when the gutters have black vertical stripes a house wash did not remove, or when gutters, trim or siding have faded to a chalky film that rubs off on your hand.

One Visit

Siding to sidewalk, on one booking.

On an older stone home in Drexel Hill in September 2026, five services went on one quote: the siding was washed and its oxidation removed, the gutters brightened, and the driveway, the public sidewalk, the walkways and the covered porch cleaned.

Most of the cost of any visit is getting there and setting up, so one booking for the whole property costs far less than the same work spread over several trips. It also means every surface ends up clean at the same time, which is the only way a property looks finished.

Which service do I need?

If it is on the walls of the house, it is house soft washing. Driveways, sidewalks and steps are driveway and concrete cleaning, and brick walls, stone and porches are pressure washing. Patios, decks and fences, and gutters each have their own page. Not sure? Choose “Not sure yet, need advice” on the quote form and we will tell you.

SurfaceMethod we use Why
Vinyl and aluminum sidingSoft washHigh pressure can crack panels or push water in behind them.
Stucco and painted woodSoft washPressure etches stucco and strips paint.
Brick and stone wallsLow to medium pressureThe brick can take it; the mortar joints erode at high pressure.
Concrete driveways and sidewalksPressure wash with a surface cleanerDirt and stains sit down in the pores and have to be lifted out.
Flagstone, bluestone and paversPressure wash, adjusted per stoneBrings the color back without sealers or stains.
Wood and composite decksSoft wash or low pressureAvoids raising the grain or leaving wand marks.
Oxidized guttersHand brightening with a specialty cleanerOxidation is a surface film, not dirt, so washing alone will not shift it.

Not sure which yours is? We tell you which method each surface is getting before we start, and we test an out-of-sight patch of anything we have not cleaned before. We do not clean roofs, and we do not seal or re-sand pavers – if that is what you need, we will say so rather than take the job.

Bundle It

Can I book several services in one visit?

Yes, and it is the cheaper way to do it. Most of the cost of a visit is travel and setup, so adding the driveway, patio or gutters to a house wash costs far less than a second trip.

Good To Know

Choosing the right service.

What services does Regent Wash offer?
What is the difference between soft washing, pressure washing and power washing?
Soft washing cleans with a cleaning solution at low pressure, for siding, stucco, painted wood and anything delicate. Pressure washing and power washing are two names for cleaning with high-pressure water, for concrete, brick and stone. Most homes need both, on different surfaces.
Are you insured, and how do I pay?
Yes, we are fully insured on every job. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and checks.
Do you clean pool decks?
Yes. Concrete, paver and stone pool surrounds are cleaned the same way as a patio, with the pressure set for the material and the rinse water kept out of the pool.
Can you remove mold and mildew from my siding?
Yes. The black and green growth on siding, brick and stucco is what a soft wash is made for: the solution kills it, and a low-pressure rinse carries it away. We clean exterior surfaces only. We do not test for mold or treat the inside of walls, and our work is not a substitute for a remediation contractor if you have a problem indoors.
Can you remove oxidation from siding?
Yes. Chalky, faded aluminum and vinyl siding is cleaned by hand with the same kind of process as gutter brightening. It brings much of the original color back, though siding that has chalked through its finish will not look repainted.
Can I book cleaning only and stain the deck myself?
Yes. A professional cleaning is the best preparation for staining. Let the wood dry for a couple of days before you apply anything, and follow the stain maker's instructions.
Do you clean the public sidewalk as well as my front walk?
Yes, and it is usually worth doing together. The public slab is the first thing seen from the street and the piece most likely to be green on a shaded block.
Can you clean a covered porch floor?
Yes. Porch floors are some of the dirtiest concrete on a house because rain never reaches them. We clean the open floor with a surface cleaner and detail the corners, the edges along the wall and the step by hand.
