About Regent Wash

Built on care, not shortcuts.

Regent Wash is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Lansdowne, serving Delaware County and the Main Line six days a week.

How It Started

A car, a washer, a dream, and God at the center of it all.

Juelz started Regent Wash in May 2026. No crew, no fleet of trucks, no investors. Just a car, a pressure washer, and a clear idea of how the work should be done.

From the first job, every property has been held to the same decision: the right method for every surface, honest advice before the work begins, and a finish that holds up to a close look.

Anyone can clean the middle of a driveway. The border, the expansion joints, the curb line and the corners of a porch are where a job is really judged, and they are where we spend the time. We would also rather tell you the truth than win the work. If a stain is not coming out, you will hear it before you pay, not after.

Faith is not a slogan here. It is why we work hard six days a week, why we keep our word, and why we rest on the seventh. It is also why Regent Wash is being built to last: one standard that every job meets, whoever is holding the wand.

On The Job

Proof you can see from the street.

One pass of the wand on a sidewalk nobody thought was dirty, a brick garden wall in Havertown caught halfway through, and blue siding in Drexel Hill photographed in the middle of oxidation removal. The line in each one is the proof.

A standard only means something if it is written down, so here is ours: what happens on every property, in the order it happens.

We look before we quote

Every quote starts with what the surfaces are actually made of. Vinyl or aluminum, real stucco or synthetic, sound mortar or soft, composite or wood. The method follows from the material, and so does the price. If something will not come out, like old oil or rust from a sprinkler, you hear about it before you book.

We protect what is around the work

Beds are wetted before any cleaning solution goes near them and rinsed again at the end. We ask for cars to be moved and windows closed, we work with the wind, and we keep spray off the things that should not get wet. The surface being cleaned is the only thing that should look different when we leave.

We do the edges

The middle of a driveway is easy. The border, the expansion joints, the curb line, the corners of a porch and the lip of every step are where a job is judged, and they are where the time goes. It is also why we go back over an area that does not look right, even when it would pass.

We walk it with you

At the end of the job we look at the work together. If something is not right, we fix it before we pack up. That is the whole guarantee: we do not consider a job finished until you are happy with it.

In Their Words

Doing it over when it already looked done.

Since May 2026 the work has taken us from Havertown and Drexel Hill up to Hatboro, onto stone twins, white capes, composite decks, flagstone patios and a lot of gray concrete. The part customers mention most is not the equipment. It is the going back.

Both reviews from our September job in Drexel Hill say the same thing in different words: areas were washed, checked, and washed again until they were right, including some that already looked finished to the homeowner. That habit is the standard we are building the company around, so that it holds no matter who is on the job.

I called Regent wash out to clean my siding, walkway, sidewalk, gutters, and patio. Juelz came out very quickly and completed his work with every detail in mind. He went over areas that he wasn’t satisfied with multiple times after the first wash to ensure we were satisfied with the end result.

My house looks beautiful,
Thank you Juelz and Regent wash.

I highly recommend their service!
