Yes. We use eco-conscious, professional-grade solutions, and the protection is in how they are handled rather than in a promise on a website. Beds are pre-wetted before anything is applied, so the foliage is already holding clean water and cannot take much else up. Everything is rinsed again on the way out.

Can pressure washing damage my house?
Yes, if the wrong pressure goes on the wrong surface. High pressure cracks vinyl, etches stucco, strips paint, raises the grain on wood and can force water in behind siding or into window seals. That is why siding, stucco and painted trim are soft washed here and never blasted. Concrete, brick and pavers are the surfaces that can take pressure, because the grime sits down in the pores and has to be lifted out.
What is gutter brightening?
Gutter brightening removes the gray-black vertical streaks, often called tiger stripes, that appear when the painted finish on aluminum gutters oxidizes. It is not the same as gutter cleaning, which clears debris out of the inside. Brightening is done by hand with a specialty cleaner and brings back most of the original color. When is the best time of year to pressure wash in southeastern Pennsylvania?
Spring through fall, while overnight temperatures stay above freezing. A spring wash takes off the pollen and the algae that grew over winter. A fall wash clears leaf tannin stains before the cold sets in. Water left standing on concrete in freezing weather turns to ice, so we schedule concrete work in the coldest months only when conditions allow it.
