How much does pressure washing cost in Delaware County?

Most jobs here land between $350 and $1,200. That is a wide gap, and this page is about why: what a quote is actually made of, what pushes a property to the top of a band or the bottom of it, and the real range each service is quoted inside. Read the part that matches your house and you will know roughly where you sit before you ever speak to us.

What is a pressure washing quote actually made of?

Almost all of it is time on your property, and five things decide how much of that a job takes. Two houses on the same street can be a $425 wash and an $800 wash, and the difference is always somewhere in this list.

  • Size. Square footage of wall, slab or deck. The single biggest factor on every service, and the one you cannot change.
  • Height and access. A third story, a steep bank, or a gate too narrow for a hose reel. Anything we can only reach off a ladder costs more than the same square footage at ground level.
  • Condition. Ten years of growth needs longer dwell time and a second pass. A light film of green does not.
  • Material. Flagstone and bluestone are adjusted stone by stone, which is slower than running a surface cleaner over a concrete slab.
  • How much we do in one visit. The only one of the five you control, and the one that moves the total most. The travel and the setup happen once whether we clean one surface or five.

What does not move it: finding out on the day that the job was harder than we thought. That is our problem, not yours. You get one number before anything starts, and that is the number you pay.

Service By Service

So what would your property cost?

Six services, one at a time, with the work photographed next to it. Under each one are the real bands we quote inside, written as plain descriptions of a property rather than a list of numbers — find the line that sounds like your house. Where one band is the one most properties land in, it says so.

The One You Control

The cheapest booking is one booking.

Most of the cost of any visit is travel and setup, and that happens once. Adding the driveway and the gutters to a house wash costs a fraction of booking them separately later in the year.

A house wash, a 2-car driveway and gutter brightening booked separately is three visits and three setups. Booked together it is one, and the travel and setup you are paying for happen once instead of three times. Nothing else on this page is as far inside your control as that.

Price is only one of the things worth comparing between quotes. The rest are here: how to hire a pressure washing company in Delaware County.

Good To Know

Questions about pricing.

How much does pressure washing cost in Delaware County, PA?
Most jobs here land between $350 and $1,200, because most are more than one surface. On its own, a typical 2-car driveway runs $225–$325+, a typical paver patio $250–$400+, and soft washing a typical two-story house $425–$625+. The bands on this page are the real ones we quote from. Where yours lands depends on size, how dirty it is and how easy it is to reach.
What is the smallest job you will take?
The bands on this page start at $200, and that is a real number rather than a teaser. Most of what any job costs is getting here, setting up and packing down again, and that happens whether we clean one porch or the whole property. So a single small surface is worth booking alongside something else, and if what you want is genuinely small, say so on the quote form and we will tell you straight away whether it is worth your money.
Is it cheaper to book several surfaces at once?
Yes, and it is the single biggest thing you control. The travel and the setup happen once, so adding the driveway, the walkway or the gutters to a house wash costs far less than booking each of them as its own visit later in the year.
Is the quote fixed, or can it change?
It is fixed. You get one number before any work starts, and that is the number you pay. If we find something on the day that genuinely changes the job, we stop and tell you before we touch it. We do not re-price a job after it is done.
Why give a range instead of one price?
Because a real price needs to know the property. Two houses on the same street can be a $425 wash and a $800 wash if one is three stories with a steep bank behind it. The bands are narrow enough to plan around and honest enough that the quote lands inside them.
What makes a job land at the top of a band?
Height and access, mostly. Three stories, a steep slope, a fenced yard we cannot get a hose through, or a wall we can only reach off a ladder all add time. After that it is condition: siding that has not been washed in ten years needs more dwell time and a second pass, and heavy tiger striping on gutters is hand work.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. Quotes are free, there is no obligation, and they come back within 24 hours. For most properties we can quote from a few photos and an address without visiting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit and debit cards, and checks. Payment is due when the work is finished, and the price is the one on your quote.
