What to tell us
Your address, and which surfaces you want cleaned: the house, the driveway, the walks, the patio or pool deck, the deck or fence, the gutters. Mention anything that bothers you in particular, like green on one wall, black stripes on the gutters, a chalky film on the siding or an oil stain on the driveway, and any date you are working toward. Photos are a big help, and you can text them to 610-215-2105. If there is a gate code, a dog in the yard or a spigot that is hard to find, mention that too.
Not sure what you need?
Choose “Not sure yet, need advice” on the form and describe what you are seeing: the color of the stain, where it is, and what the surface is made of if you know. We will tell you which service fits, whether the stain is likely to come out, and whether it is worth doing at all. Advice is free, and it does not have to turn into a job.
What your quote includes
One clear number for the work you asked about, what is included in it, and a time window for the visit. If something will not come out, like old oil, sprinkler rust or paint that is already failing, the quote says so. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, and you can pay by cash, card or check.
Getting ready for the visit
Move cars off the driveway, close windows and doors, and bring pets inside. Clear light furniture, grills and planters off the areas being cleaned, and unlock any gates we need to get through. Make sure an outdoor spigot is working. You do not need to be home, and we never need to come inside or use your electricity.
If the weather turns
Light rain does not stop most work. Heavy rain, strong wind or freezing temperatures do, and if the forecast changes we reschedule and tell you as early as we know.

Green on one side of the house
Almost always algae on the shaded wall. A soft wash kills it rather than rinsing it, so it stays gone far longer, and the rest of the house is done at the same time.
A driveway and walks gone gray
Cleaned edge to edge with a surface cleaner, joints and curb line detailed by hand, and any stains that will not come out named before you book.
Black stripes on the gutters
Tiger stripes a house wash left behind. Gutter brightening takes them off by hand, and faded, chalky siding can have its oxidation removed on the same visit.
A deck or fence before staining
A wood-safe or composite-safe cleaning, then time for the boards to dry. We can stain and seal wood afterwards, or leave it ready for you.
A patio or pool deck before summer
Pavers, flagstone and concrete brought back to their real color, with the joints left full and the rinse water kept out of the pool.

Yes, and it is the cheaper way to do it. List everything on the form and you get one quote for the whole visit.
Will you tell me if something is not worth cleaning?
Yes. If a surface is too far gone, or a stain will not move, we would rather tell you than take the job, and you will hear it before you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Spring fills up fastest, so it is worth asking for a quote early in the season. The rest of the year there is usually more room to choose a date.
